Armaf Fragrances Ranked: Beyond Club de Nuit, Their Full Lineup Reviewed

Armaf is synonymous with one fragrance: Club de Nuit Intense Man. It's the best-selling clone fragrance in the world and the product that put Armaf on the map — though it is a spring fragrance, not the all-rounder it gets sold as, and four different versions exist. The packaging invites a bigger question too: is Armaf a luxury brand? But with 175 fragrances in their catalog, CDNIM is just the tip of the iceberg.

The problem: most of those 175 fragrances are mediocre. Armaf's hit rate is lower than Lattafa's — for every CDNIM there are five forgettable releases. This guide separates the gold from the filler.

Tier 1: The Must-Haves

These are Armaf's genuinely great fragrances — the ones worth buying even if you don't care about clones.

Club de Nuit Intense Man (EDT, EDP, Parfum)

Armaf Club De Nuit Intense

CDNIM EDT is where it all started — the Aventus clone that launched an empire. The Parfum version (CDNIM Parfum) is the best of the bunch — smoother, richer, closer to vintage Aventus. The Limited Edition Parfum refines it even further.

If you only buy one Armaf fragrance, make it the CDNIM Parfum. If you already have the EDT, the Parfum is a worthwhile upgrade.

Club de Nuit Sillage

Armaf Club De Nuit Sillage

Sillage targets Creed Silver Mountain Water — fresh, aquatic, slightly metallic. It's one of the best summer fragrances in the budget market. Clean, bright, and surprisingly well-blended for the price.

Club de Nuit Untold

Armaf Club De Nuit Untold

Untold targets Baccarat Rouge 540 with a warm amber-saffron profile. It adds its own woody depth and performs extremely well — 8-10 hours with strong projection. One of the better BR540 alternatives available.

Club de Nuit Lionheart Man

Armaf Club De Nuit Lionheart Man

Lionheart Man is their newest hit — targeting JPG Le Male Elixir with mint, lavender, vanilla, honey, and tobacco. Sweet, masculine, and already generating serious buzz. One of Armaf's most well-reviewed releases ever.

Tres Nuit

Armaf Tres Nuit

Tres Nuit targets Creed Green Irish Tweed — green, fresh, and sophisticated. This is an underappreciated fragrance that punches way above its weight class. The green-violet-sandalwood combination is refined and office-appropriate.

Tier 2: Solid Performers

Not quite essential, but worth owning if the profile appeals to you.

  • Craze — PdM Pegasus clone. Sweet almond-vanilla. Beast mode projection.
  • Milestone — Creed Millesime Imperial clone. Fresh melon-salt. Summer favorite.
  • Odyssey Homme — Tom Ford Noir Extreme clone. Spicy, sweet, masculine.
  • Odyssey Mega — YSL Y Le Parfum clone. Clean, versatile, modern.
  • Ventana — Dior Sauvage clone. The pepper-ambroxan combo is close.
  • Club de Nuit Iconic — Bleu de Chanel clone. Clean, woody, professional.
  • Le Parfait — Green Irish Tweed clone. Similar to Tres Nuit but slightly different take.
  • Hunter Intense — Sauvage EDP territory. Fresh, clean, reliable.

Tier 3: Worth Trying

  • Odyssey Tyrant — Creed Viking clone. Spicy, minty, aromatic.
  • Odyssey Mandarin Sky — JPG Scandal Pour Homme clone. Sweet, fruity.
  • Tag Him — Bleu de Chanel clone. Cheaper than Iconic but rougher.
  • Bucephalus IX — Another Aventus take. Darker, more leathery.
  • Niche Black Onyx — Spicebomb clone. Spicy, tobacco-y.
  • Radical Brown — Spicebomb Extreme clone. Warmer, sweeter version.
  • Art Du'Parfum — Sauvage Elixir territory. Dark, spicy, intense.

Best Armaf for Women

Armaf's women's line is less developed than their men's, but there are a few standouts:

  • Club de Nuit Imperiale — PdM Delina Exclusif clone. Floral-oud romance.
  • Club de Nuit Intense for Women — Tom Ford Noir de Noir clone. Dark, rosy, chocolatey.
  • Miss Armaf Attitude — Carolina Herrera Good Girl clone. Sweet floral.
  • Tag Her — D&G Light Blue clone. Fresh, citrusy, casual.
  • High Street — Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet clone. Sheer, floral.

The Odyssey Line: Armaf's Hidden Strength

While Club de Nuit gets all the attention, the Odyssey line is quietly excellent. These are generally well-blended fragrances that target niche and luxury houses:

  • Odyssey Homme — Tom Ford Noir Extreme (warm, spicy)
  • Odyssey Mega — YSL Y Le Parfum (clean, modern)
  • Odyssey Mandarin Sky — JPG Scandal Pour Homme (sweet, fruity)
  • Odyssey Tyrant — Creed Viking (spicy, aromatic)
  • Odyssey Aqua — Invictus Aqua (fresh, marine)
  • Odyssey Limoni — Dior Homme Cologne (citrus, clean)

If you want to explore Armaf beyond the CDN lineup, the Odyssey line is where to look.

What to Skip

Armaf's catalog has a lot of filler. These categories tend to disappoint:

  • The Marjan line — Pleasant but generic. Nothing stands out.
  • Most of the Skin Couture line — Bland and underwhelming.
  • Very old releases — Armaf's quality has improved significantly since 2020. Pre-2019 releases are hit-or-miss.
  • The Oros line — Overpriced for what they offer (by Armaf standards).

Armaf vs Lattafa: Quick Comparison

The eternal question. In brief:

  • Armaf excels at: Men's designer clones (Creed, Chanel, Dior), raw performance and projection
  • Lattafa excels at: Niche clones (Kilian, Initio), women's fragrances, gourmands, variety
  • Buy Armaf if: You're a man looking for specific designer alternatives
  • Buy Lattafa if: You want more variety, niche alternatives, or women's options
